N.Y.C. Mayor-Elect Adams Won't Commit to Enforcing De Blasio's Vaccine Mandate

A spokesman for Mr. Adams said he would review the mandate, along with some other city pandemic measures, after he takes office in January, succeeding Bill de Blasio.
